Job Purpose: RTT Contract Logistics invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the New Business Sales Partner position based in the Jetpark branch. The role is responsible for securing new customers for Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts, thus requires the ideal candidate to be hungry and passionate about chasing sales targets.Duties:Responsible for securing new clients that are a match to the ideal RTT Contract Logistics/Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts product profile and ideal client profileAbility to prospect effectively in order to secure appointments with qualified leadsManage pipeline to ensure conversion rate is applied and revenue generated to reach targetsPlan execute approaches pitches to clientsUnderstand RTT's differentiators use them to promote RTT in the marketHandle overcome client objectionsComfortable with presenting to clients at A levelAbility to understand answer RFP's/TendersMaster and understand market trends and seasonality in the marketProven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales processMeet and exceed targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the departmentConvert new relationships into repeat businessNegotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profitsBe able to execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying and closing dealsAbility to converse with all levels of a client (Strategic, Tactical Operational)Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional mannerYou will develop and lead both short and long term strategiesPromote the services and products of all entitiesAssimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetingsSupport Customer Service and work closely with OperationsWork closely with Operations to implement new clients successfully, adhering to SOP, SLA, KPI and RFQ requirementsHigh administrative capabilityRecord and report on customer details / sales visitsAttend all training to ensure you are kept up to date with relevant sales skillsEnsure weekly /monthly reports are up to date and submitted on time as required by businessJob - Related Requirements: Minimum 4 years sales experience in Contract Logistics/Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts ServicesSelling Client Specific Warehousing SolutionsProficiency in general MS Office SuiteAdvanced understanding of Excel PowerPointStrong Consultative selling SkillsStrong communication skillsAnalytical skillsPresentation skillsNegotiation skillsPersonality and Attribute: PositivePassionateCapable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individualAttention to detailWilling and able to travelMust have own vehicleExceptional work ethicDogmatic passionate about winning new business
