We specialise in driving innovation through Print Operations, Digital Services, Creative Strategy, and eCommerce, helping brands stay ahead in a rapidly evolving marketplace.Who Are We Looking For:We are looking for a New Business Representative to be the driving force behind generating and converting sales leads to contracted customers.What Will You Do:Achieve the revenue target, as set out in the financial year budget within a 12-month periodNew business acquisition: generate a minimum number of customers within a 12-month periodLead conversion rate: achieved set conversion rate versus allotted leads suppliedBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum number of potential deals in various stages of closureEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction with services delivered, measured through feedback forms (after sales service)Support and track target achievement through the development and maintenance of a New Business Development planWhat Do You Need:At least two years New Business Acquisition experience, including cold callingExperience in a service industryClient relationship management and/or customer service experienceCall centre experience a plusExcellent computer skills
