New Business Development Manager

New Business Development Manager  Job purpose: Purpose of role is to develop new profitable business within the B2B Direct Business sector, in line with companys growth Minimum requirements:  Tertiary Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience with a demonstrable track record and skills/experience in Sales and Marketing.
Strong demonstrated track record of business development within the B2B sector and improving market share in identified priority sectors (mining, industrial, construction, fleet).
Knowledge of the petrochemical and energy industry.
Knowledge of B2B Lubricants supply is advantageous.
Knowledge of Syspro is advantageous Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool is advantageous Strong listening and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Internal and external Stakeholder management skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong Analytical Skills (monitor, analysis, and provide recommendation)
