New Business Development Manager

This role will report directly to the Marketing Director
Key Responsibilities:

Achieving set budgeted sales, profitability & growth as specified annually
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Drive the new business development of the company and to grow both the existing core business and new business sales.
Provide sales target feedback and budget variance reports monthly for all global sales teams.
Develop sales growth strategies for all new accounts / targets
Ability to manage account administrators and other internal teams within the production environment

Experience of managing key customers / growing new accounts
Knowledge of printing and product manufacturing globally
Degree/Diploma in sales and or Marketing (required)
Sales / Marketing / Retail Experience: Minimum of 5 years (Required)
