What You'll Do:

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Present & Persuade: Deliver compelling presentations.
Analyse: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Sales Savvy: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a knack for closing deals and exceeding targets.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven individual who thrives on achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, and the latest sales tools and technologies.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years external commercial sales and new business development experience in a corporate environment.
Minimum of 2 years solutions sales experience.
Established corporate client network.
Strong cold calling and pipeline growth background with actual figures to compare.
Strong closing ratios.
Strong performers with background in B2B sales - not consumers/private individuals.
Completed Matric.
Valid driver's licence.
Tech and software solution savvy.
