Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Developer to join their office team in Johannesburg focusing on the sales of QCTO/SETA Qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Increase Sales of the business Nurture current and future customer relations Identify and research potential clients Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings Ensuring Marketing and Sales strategy is aligned Marketing tools including company profile/course outlines etc continuously reviewed Identify key networking events Lead generation opportunities Office Management Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized, safe, and clean work environment. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Maintain and update office records and databases. Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring high performance and productivity. Financial reporting. Facility Management Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities. Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and landlords. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Project Managment Plan and execute office-related projects, such as office moves, renovations, or events. Track project progress and ensure timely completion. Experience and Qualifications A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role. Experience in the sale of QCTO/SETA Qualifications is essential. General office management experience Matric Clear criminal record Skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Basic understanding of accounting principles and budget management.
