Claremont, Cape Town - Office-Based RoleDuties:Manage and maintain company IT systems, including hardware, desktop software, printers and network infrastructureProvide technical support to employees for IT-related issues and end user applications, both on site and remotelyCloud services support (Azure)Ability to perform basic repairs on laptops, desktops and some peripheralsAdvanced hardware installation and troubleshooting (desktop/laptop and server).General troubleshooting skills on all IT related equipment.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleMatriculation certificate and appropriate IT Diploma and or qualification including A+, N+, Cisco, Microsoft certifications or equivalent technical qualificationsExcellent communication and customer service, troubleshooting Provide strong planning and organizational skills and maintain the ability to effectively handle multiple situations, manage priorities and work with only minimal supervision and directionAbility to work independently, positively and effectively manage time and multiple tasksSystems:Microsoft-based operating systems, Active Directory, strong experience with PCs, MACs, laptops, and the various Microsoft/Apple productivity applications/products is necessarySolid knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and softwareSolid knowledge of server setup and management, wired and wireless networking, and networking diagnosticsSolid knowledge of Microsoft productsUnderstanding VoIP and PABXCybersecurity landscapesNetworking and understanding VLAN's, VPN, IP, and routingMicrosoft CRMMicrosoft Certified, MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102 (advantageous)Must have own transport and the ability to work after hours (on short notice) when required.Must be prepared to work flexible hours or shifts.Please send CVs to
