We are seeking a Network Engineer for a digital solutions and services provider for a Fixed Term Contract for 7 months.
The successful incumbent will have overall responsibility for managing the planning, co-ordination, configuration, installation, and management of all networks, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Satellite, Telephony, and related client services with the enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust network design and architecture that aligns with the organization's business objectives Provide documentation for network design, including diagrams, configurations, and rationale for design decisions Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for the implementation of information technologies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversee the implementation of network solutions, including hardware, software, and configurations Ensure regular maintenance and updates Implement and manage security measures Conduct regular security assessments and audits Troubleshooting Provide IT technical and IT services management Recommend IT strategies policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes Manage security across all aspects of the business and user base Minimum Requirements A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3 to 4 years relevant experience Proven experience in IT infrastructure coordination and management.
