Netsuite Administrator

I have a NetSuite Administrator position for a fixed term contract. The success incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite system and to ensure transactions and data adhere to all statutory and company policy rules and regulations. You must possess an understanding of accounting processes and procedures to be able to assist with the NetSuite systems development. You will also be responsible for configuration, ongoing maintenance, and integration with other systems.Responsibilities:Create and modify custom user roles to control access to information on the software.Assign roles to users, determine what they can access and do on the system.Liaise with end users to understand business necessities.Provide technical assistance to end-users, manage training sessions on user adoption.Main point of contact for NetSuite Support.Develop, document, and follow formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, and usage.Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.Assist with NetSuite systems development, configuration, ongoing maintenance, improvements, and integrations with other systems.Review guidelines and user documents relating to finance systems and processes and recommend updates where necessary.Record, test, and implement process improvements.
