Job description We are seeking a highly skilled NetScaler System Engineer to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. Responsibilities:Provide advanced technical support for NetScaler solutions, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving customer inquiries.Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting procedures.Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective support.Collaborate with other teams within the organization to identify and resolve technical challenges.Stay up-to-date with the latest NetScaler technologies and best practices.Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant role.Proven experience in providing level 3 support for NetScaler solutions.Strong understanding of NetScaler architecture, components, and features.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
