Job Description:
To provide a language risk management service to Nedbank Group, its alliances and associates in line with Nedbank business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify the need for outsourcing of job requests to ensure compliance with the Group Language Policy.
Mitigate risk by monitoring version control of standard legal agreements and forms.
Standardise and contribute to the publication of business terminology across identified languages to meet Nedbank Group Language Policy requirements.
Log all activities undertaken against the registered job number to meet billing requirements and enable correct transfer pricing.
Edit, translate, rewrite, write, information-map and proof documents to meet Nedbank Group Language Policy requirements.
Ensure clear, accurate and appropriate communication to mitigate risk for Nedbank Group.

Job Requirements:

Providing professional advice/opinion
Managing conflict situations
Communicating complex written information.
Using different approaches in new work situations
Coordinating and securing buy-in from internal stakeholders.
Postgraduate qualification in related field
Communicating complex information orally
Two years as a language practitioner, preferably in the financial industry.
Managing multiple projects
Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Building and maintaining effective relationships externally and internally
Brainstorming ways of improving a product or situation.
