As a crucial member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical NDT courses at our institute and various locations nationwide. Your role will extend beyond the classroom as you assist in conducting examinations and provide consultancy services in NDT.Job SpecificationKey Responsibilities:Training Material Preparation: Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.Lecturing: Deliver engaging lectures at SAIW, client premises, and other venues.Event Organization: Contribute to the organization of practical sessions, site visits, seminars, and conferences.Examination Support: Assist in the examination process by providing questions and serving on exam panels. Conduct, invigilate, and mark examination papers when necessary.Technical Support: Address technical NDT queries from SAIW members and provide guidance as needed.Marketing: Promote SAIW services, with a focus on NDT, to potential clients and partners.Resource Management: Manage NDT equipment, inventory, and calibration to ensure availability and accuracy.Representation: Represent the Institute on standard bodies and associations, showcasing our commitment to excellence in NDT.Safety Compliance: Apply health and safety standards by participating in the HSE committee and acting as Radiation Protection Officer or alternate.Flexibility: Willingness to assist in other divisions or positions as needed for career development and organizational growth.OfferSkills and Qualifications:Technical Competence: Proficiency in MS Office software and relevant NDT techniques (UT2, MT2, PT2, RT2). Additional qualifications in Phased Array, TOFD, and Eddy Current would be advantageous.
