Job Summary: The National Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs across all business units to ensure the continuous development and performance enhancement of employees. This role will oversee all internal training initiatives, manage a team of training professionals, and align training strategies with the organisation's objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development:
