They are a multi-national supplements company in Africa to embark on due diligence screening and HFL Sports Science testing programmes.DescriptionOur client is looking for someone to relocate to Birmingham, in the UK. All relocation costs will be handled by the client.Responsible for proposing and delivering sales strategy by channel.Responsible for the delivery of sales and margin results across all sales channels.Personal responsibility for some accounts, delivering target sales and margins in those accounts.Responsible for new business development both directly taking the lead and through the team.Responsible for accurate forecasts and insight by sales channels ensuring activity and alignment across sales and operations.Identification of valuable emerging markets and trends.Responsible for strategic and operational alignment, with the marketing team, on all accounts and execution.Proactively proposes new product development and marketing initiatives needed for sales success and follows up on execution of those with marketing and NPD team.Reports on any significant competitor activity and develops counter activities.Leads own team in coordinating consistent brand experiences across sales channels.Responsible for ensuring the team have all the right sales and marketing tools to deliver the sales and margin, and are fully trained on selling, key account management and USN products.Responsible for team leadership, coaching and development.Recruits, manages, develops, motivates and supports the team.Conducts regular performance reviews and target setting in agreement with the international sales director.Responsible for sharing best practice in sales across markets.Any other additional duties and activities, as reasonably required by the company.We offerProvident Fund Contribution, Medical Aid Contribution, Performance Bonuses.
