National Sales Manager - Skincare/Medical - Upper Highway Kzn

Technical Competencies & Experience:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy
Setting sales targets and managing pipelines.
Setting clear expectations, coaching, and developing account managers.
Provide clear direction but also be involved with the execution of initiatives.
Conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs
Direct observation through face-to-face visits and timely feedback on how to position company products and address the customer needs.
Generate regular sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management.
