DUR002172 - NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - KZN NB: Closing date: 31st of December 2024   Purpose of the Job: The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the South African sales team, driving sales activities to exceed targets, grow market share, and achieve profitability goals     Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of sales leadership experience overseeing a successful sales rep force 8+ years of experience in sales (skincare or medical) Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing P&L and sales/marketing initiatives.
Technical Competencies & Experience: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy Setting sales targets and managing pipelines.
Setting clear expectations, coaching, and developing account managers.
Provide clear direction but also be involved with the execution of initiatives.
Conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs Direct observation through face-to-face visits and timely feedback on how to position company products and address the customer needs.
Generate regular sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management.
Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
