National Sales Manager

Requirements:A Sales and Marketing degree or a Business Management degree.5-8 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment.3-5 years of experience in a managerial sales position at a medium-sized company.Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing Strategy:Develop, implement, and manage the Sales and Marketing Strategy.Ensure product offerings are current, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.Identify new revenue streams and collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to update the marketing plan for financial targets.Oversee the execution of the marketing plan across all departments.Coordinate and attend sales events to generate leads.Sales Management and Financial Targets:Plan and manage financial budgets to meet capacity and performance goals.Track weekly sales performance, addressing concerns and managing conversions.Motivate and assist sales teams to meet targets, including digital sales enquiries.Sales Tools and Training:Provide sales teams with necessary tools (e.g., fact sheets, forms, presentations).Organise annual sales training and travel for sales checks and additional training.Reporting and Analysis:Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, analysing performance and highlighting action areas.Supply departments with capacity and budget data to meet targets.Policies and Procedures:Develop, implement, and regularly review sales-related policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate business risk.Salary: R504 000 - R540 000
