Key Responsibilities: Cultivate strong relationships with wholesale clients and key retailersSpearhead national sales growth and oversee product merchandising strategies at a national levelEnsure optimal stock levels and minimize overstocks or stockoutsCreate impactful sales plans and promotional campaignsCoach and develop a high-performing teamBuild and maintain a strong professional network within the industryCoordinate with supply chain teams for timely product deliveryDeliver clear reports to stakeholders and executivesWhat is required? 5 years national sales / key accounts experience - Wholesale and Merchandise experienceExperience in managing and motivating regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with national goalsStrong sales record (sell in and sell through) Results-oriented with a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the wholesale industryTrack record of achievement of sales targets and expansion of the wholesale networkSkilled in analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and understanding competitive landscapesStrong negotiation capabilities for managing supplier agreements and client dealsKnowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and product allocation strategiesFamiliarity with CRM software, ERP systems, and merchandising tools
