MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBThe purpose of the role is to ensure that Vodacom resolves queries and requests received from our customers using South African Sign Language. We require deaf, hard of hearing or hearing persons (may be non-accredited South African Sign Language interpreters) to address queries and communicate to these customers using South African Sign Language. You are required to interact with hearing persons from other business units within the organisation.
