National Maintenance & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee nationwide maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and equipment comply with relevant standards.Develop and manage capital and operational budgets, including service agreements.Create and implement maintenance policies, standard operating procedures, and strategic plans for ongoing and project-based activities.Foster strong customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.Manage teams effectively, providing leadership and support to achieve operational goals.Requirements: A university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proficiency in computer systems; SAP experience is a plus.5 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in Maintenance or Engineering.8 years of supervisory experience, showcasing your ability to lead diverse teams.A willingness to travel to branch offices and work overtime when required.EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
