NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Salary : R 70,000 - R 80,000 CTC Location : Gauteng (Please only apply if you live in Gauteng) One of the fastest-growing health supplement brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to increase sales and profitability for the company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other key accounts in the health supplement industry.
Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing national accounts by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account satisfaction and customer success.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth across national markets.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to senior management.
Meet and exceed national sales targets and other performance metrics.
Manage all aspects of merchandising and execution in retail environments.
Provide product training for merchandisers and vitamin managers in retail settings.
Maintain and develop relationships within the pharmacy, wholesale, retail, and cash-and-carry markets.
Lead new business development initiatives in the FMCG sector.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in key account management or sales within the supplement industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets on a national scale.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Well-presented and articulate individual.
