Servest (Pty) Ltd, a Leading Facilities Management Company has a challenging opportunity for a National Customer Retention Specialist reporting to the National Operations Director be based at their Head Office in Midrand Waterfall. The position is for their Cleaning Division.
Minimum Requirements • Excellent communications skills• Customer Expertise – nurture strategic relationships• Strategic perspective• Strong leadership qualities• Skilled negotiation ability• Must be able to demonstrate value based selling• Sales diploma• Strong experience in the soft services sector.
Duties & Responsibilities Strategic key accounts comprise the majority of total revenue and losing one of those key accounts could have dire consequences for a business's bottom line and long-term viability. Because these customers represent such a significant portion of a business, a Strategic Key Accounts Manager should invest in a customer's long-term satisfaction and success with Servest. A strategic key account manager's main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit. Strategic key account management is a long-term strategy that will deliver significant value over time.
