You must have experience with Internal/External Sales, quotations, invoicing, filing, resolving queries, customer service, customer records and data, budgets, credit vetting and spend. Opening new accounts and evaluating customer spend. A bit of business development will be advantageous. Strong MS Office skill and CRM system required. Duties Prepare customized, pro-forma invoices, sales orders and tax invoices, Finding material using indent numbers, Wrapping stock and orders delivery/collection, Collecting order notes to fulfill deliveries, Attending to and processing shipments, Packing incoming stock away, Monitoring product quality, Package and label orders, Communicating with customers regarding stock availability Assisting will all admin tasks including assisting sales reps Assisting the production team Qualifications Matric Degree in Administration Skills Proficient on EXCEL and CRM System Attention to detail Customer Focused
