The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional nail services, with expertise in nail art and nail sculpture.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality nail treatments that meet the standards of our practice while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
Key Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and nail sculpture.
Ensure all nail treatments are conducted with the utmost attention to hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in line with medical aesthetics industry standards.
Provide clients with advice on nail care and maintenance and recommend products to enhance the longevity and health of their nails.
Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide exceptional and current services.
Collaborate with other members of the medical aesthetics team to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines as established by the practice.
Maintain client records and follow up with clients for aftercare and feedback.
Attend training sessions and workshops to continually improve skills and techniques.
Qualifications: Relevant certification in nail technology from an accredited training program.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Nail Technician with a proven track record of providing high-quality services.
Proficiency in a variety of nail art techniques and nail sculpting (e.g., acrylic, gel, extensions, 3D designs).
Strong knowledge of nail anatomy and health, along with safety and sterilisation procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and artistic creativity.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships and deliver top-notch customer service.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a medical aesthetics practice.
Desirable Skills: Experience working in a medical or spa environment is an advantage.
Ability to offer additional services such as nail treatments focused on strengthening or improving nail health.
Knowledge of medical-grade nail products and the ability to assist clients with specific nail conditions or concerns.
