Sales Manager - NAES Location: Paarl Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our New and Existing Energy Solutions (NAES) division.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, particularly within the solar industry, and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and analyze sales data.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Skills: Education: Honors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
