If you're a high-energy individual who's obsessed with culture and willing to work hard and play hard, then you might just be who Machine_ is looking for.Scope of the role:To conceptualise and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our clients' brand identities, positioning, and messaging through all brand touchpoints.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Work with a Copywriter to conceptualise and produce award-winning creative work within the scope of the brand and creative brief supplied (i.e. TVC, print, billboard, etc.)Present ideas/concepts in a professional manner to both internal and external stakeholdersWork seamlessly and efficiently, by yourself and with othersCreate original graphics and layouts for presentations, print, TV, OOH, storyboards, social, etc.Collaborate with other agency members/teams/divisions to develop creative conceptsManage visual identity of brandsEnsure consistency and integration of art direction across all communication channelsResponsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign-offWork according to the brief - understand the relevance of the target marketKeep abreast of current trends within the Advertising industryQualifications / Experience / SkillsTertiary qualification in Art DirectionMinimum 4 years' experience working as an Art Director in an Advertising AgencyProficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / PowerPoint, etc.)Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD) and FigmaStrong presentation skills (comfortable presenting internally and externally)Strong multi-tasking skills (able to work on multiple briefs at any given time)Strong time management skillsPersonal AttributesTeam player with the ability to work independentlyAbility to work well in a highly pressurized, fast-paced environmentCurious, imaginative creative mind with a passion for everything advertising relatedMeticulous with attention to detailProactive - a "can do" attitude and willing to go the extra mileAccountableSolution and deadline drivenOther:Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime - if and when required)Able to work on alcohol brands (if and when required)Candidates must please submit a concise CV and a link to an online portfolio.
