We're here to work hard and have fun while doing it.The RoleResponsible for the execution and on-time delivery of high-quality creative campaigns across all media touchpoints.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work with a Senior Copywriter to conceptualise and produce award-winning creative work within the scope of the brand and creative brief supplied (i.e., TVC, print, billboard, etc.)Create original graphics and layouts for illustration, logos, website, etc.Present ideas/concepts in a professional manner to both internal and external stakeholdersWork seamlessly and efficiently with the creative teamManage, mentor, and guide junior Art DirectorsKeep abreast of current trends in accordance with industry best practiceQualificationsTertiary qualification in Art Direction/Graphic DesignAt least 6 years' experience working as an Art Director with 1 year being in a Senior role within an Advertising AgencyDigital experience is essentialProficient in MS Office (i.e., Word/PowerPoint, etc.)Knowledge of and experience in Adobe Creative Suite applicationsAbility to edit video is a plusExcellent conceptual and design skillsStrong communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time)An eye-catching (Behance/Wixsite) portfolio that demonstrates a strong range of work from ATL to DigitalAdditional InformationTeam player with the ability to work independentlyAbility to work well in a highly pressurized, fast-paced environmentCurious, imaginative creative mind with a passion for digital and techMeticulous with attention to detailSelf-starter who can inspire othersResilientConfidentProactiveAccountableSolution and deadline drivenA "can do" attitude and willing to go the extra mileOther:Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime - if and when required)Able to work on alcohol brands (if and when required)Candidates must please submit a concise CV and a link to an online portfolio.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
