Job Description:To effectively manage a project to completion within time, budged and quality.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Conducts / Attends project meetingsDevelops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resourcesOversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews all issued drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followedAccurately forecasts revenue, profitability and project costsTracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocatedManages day to day client interactions and expectationsSubmit and manage monthly progress payments to the clientEnsure that progress, delays and any other events/situations, which might influence the program and costs are communicated timeously to ManagementManages day to day operational and tactical aspects of the projectsReports to stakeholders and managers about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
