Minimum Qualification Required• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 Minimum Experience• Minimum 5 years short-term insurance experience• Minimum 5 years Claims experience• Minimum 3 years Claims Investigations experience• Solid understanding of claims systems and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations, and legal department processes• Commercial and Personal line Claims experience will be required Deliverables include, but will not be limited to• Managing validations of commercial and personal line claims, all skill sets.• Reaching company goals and targets set for the Commercial and Personal line Investigations department.• Administering assigned claims and set tasks.• Managing client and broker expectation.
• Maintaining set timelines on the processing of claims.
