Multimodal Controller

Our medium-sized international clearing and forwarding client is seeking a Multimodal Controller to handle the full function of a file in Cape Town.
Our client seeks a self-starter to handle air and seafreight shipments, mainly exports with some imports.
This role forms part of a smaller office within an international clearing and forwarding agent.
Requirements: 2-4 years experience handling airfreight and seafreight shipments within clearing and forwarding is a non-negotiable.
CargoWise experience is a non-negotiable.
Must be able to arrange necessary documents (Cargo Dues/SI to the shipping lines or co-loaders /EUR1/Certificate of Origins/Phytosanitary Certificates/SADC).
Must have a little knowledge on perishable/reefer shipments (document requirements, PPECB inspections, etc).
Able to do estimates/quotes.
Framing own entries is advantageous.
