Our client seeks an experienced individual to handle all modes of transport as a preferential but seafreight imports and exports as a non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate multimodal transportation processes, with a strong emphasis on seafreight import and export operations.Handle all modes of transport including airfreight, road freight, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from origin to destination.Liaise with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Utilize Shipshape software for documentation and operational tasks, streamlining the logistics process.Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise during the transport process.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in seafreight import and export operations a non-negotiable.Multimodal transport experience is highly preferred, with a comprehensive understanding of airfreight, road freight, and seafreight.Proficiency in Shipshape software is advantageous.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.A track record of successfully managing complex logistics processes and delivering high-quality service to clients.Apply now to find out more.
