The successful candidate will work in the digital design space and will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to conceptualise and execute designs across a variety of mediums, including web, mobile, video, and social media. We are specifically recruiting for e-Learning development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and design multimedia content including graphics, animations, and video for various digital platforms.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver innovative solutions.Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.Design engaging e-Learning modules and interactive content.Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI technologies.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control throughout the design process.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other multimedia tools.Experience with web and mobile design principles and tools.Strong understanding of e-Learning design principles and experience with e-Learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia etc.)Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.Requirements:Qualification in Graphic Design, Information design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.Knowledge of 3D design and animation is a plus.We require candidates to provide a portfolio showcasing their design work as part of the application process. The portfolio should demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, as well as experience in creating compelling digital designs for marketing, branding, mobile, and social media.
