Multimedia Designer

Job Summary/Overview:
The position of Multimedia Designer is primarily responsible for developing and executing professional quality design concepts that support the company s product and service objectives. This position plays a lead role in graphic design, advertising, video production, resource management, website design, storyboarding, development of collaterals and offers opportunity for growth.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

Video Production: Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos that communicate our messages, whether for marketing, training, or informational purposes.
PowerPoint Presentations: Develop visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations that convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
Solution Bids: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and format solution bids, ensuring they are visually impressive and aligned with our brand.
Visual Content Creation: Design various visual content assets, including graphics, infographics, animations, and other multimedia elements.
Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and scripts for videos, ensuring a strong narrative and visual flow.
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver visual content that meets project goals.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand consistency and design standards in all visual materials.
Stay Current: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continually enhance the quality and impact of our multimedia content.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. (Preferred)
Proven experience in video production, PowerPoint design, and creating solution bids.
Proficiency in multimedia software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, PowerPoint, and other relevant design and video editing software.
Strong creative and storytelling abilities.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing past work, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, and solution bids.
