We are an exciting and expanding Property Company that manages, develops and retains a portfolio of residential properties in East and South London. Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trades Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of maintenance work and construction. You will need your own transport and tools, and a fuel allowance will be agreed. Responsibilities: Maintenance services - basic knowledge of plumbing and electric works is a bonus. Provide timely and insightful reports on job status. Great communication. Skills: The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Experience in maintenance work is a bonus. Good communication skills. Strong organisational skills. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members.
