Multi Trader

We are looking for a Multi Trader, working within social housing. It will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. You must have either a strong Carpentry or Plumbing bias, it's ideal if you can carry out another trade, such as; Tiling, patch plastering etc alongside your main trade. Must have previous Social housing / Property Services experience.
Daily responsibilities are:

Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
Providing a high level of customer care

Requirements of a Multi Trader:

Must have a full UK driving licence
Must have previous social housing experience

£36,000

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
