Our business is made up of two divisions that work hand-in-hand to deliver quality paper products to our customers.IntroductionTo produce a quality product in line with prescribed specifications by ensuring the efficient run-ability of the entire paper machine, including stock preparation and all related processes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure efficient operation of all paper machine sections/processes: Re-winder, Dry End Production, Boilers Manufacturing Operator, Process Controller, and Stock prep controller duties.Paper machine operation at all levels and stages.Machine and Process monitoring, fault identification, troubleshooting, and reporting to the different disciplines.Ensuring adherence to safety, housekeeping, environmental, and quality regulations.Minimum RequirementsMatric with a pass in Mathematics and Physical Science.Technical diploma or B-Tech.One year experience in the full Paper Manufacturing Process.Valid crane and forklift license required.Basic technical, electrical, and mechanical understanding and competency.Understanding of 5S methodology and RCA analysis.Knowledge of OHSA and ISO standards required.
