MuleSoft Release Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Release Manager to join our team in the banking and finance industry. As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and deployment of MuleSoft applications and integrations. 
Job Duties:

Manage the end-to-end release management process for MuleSoft applications and integrations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule releases.
Ensure that all release deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve any release-related issues.
Oversee the deployment of releases into various environments, including production.
Monitor and track release progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain release management documentation, including release plans, release notes, and deployment guides.
Implement and improve release management processes and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry best practises.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of MuleSoft applications and integrations.
Experience in coordinating and managing complex release cycles.
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in release management or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) principles.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications in MuleSoft or related technologies.
Experience in the banking or finance industry.
Knowledge of API management platforms.

Working Conditions:
This position operates in a professional office environment. You may be required to work additional hours to meet project deadlines. Some travel may be required to collaborate with remote teams or attend industry conferences and events.
