Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the MuleSoft platform, extensive experience in API and integration development, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Qualifications / Certifications required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1
• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 2 (desirable)
• Relevant industry certifications (optional)
Experience required:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MuleSoft development
• Proven experience in full cycle software development
• Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Design Center, Exchange, and Runtime Manager
• Strong background in API design and development using RAML or OpenAPI
• Experience with integrating various systems using MuleSoft, including Salesforce, databases, and third-party services
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, such as Jenkins and Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities of role:
Development of Integration Solutions:
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality integration solutions using MuleSoft.
• Customize and configure MuleSoft to meet specific business needs using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and other tools.
• Integrate MuleSoft with external systems using APIs, connectors, and other
integration methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide effort estimates.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards of
development practices.
• Manage MuleSoft data including data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging MuleSoft best practices and industry standards.
• Stay updated with MuleSoft releases, features, and best practices to provide
recommendations for system improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Technical Support and Collaboration:
• Provide technical support during integration projects.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful data integration.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand data needs and requirements.
• Participate in integration workshops and meetings.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Document integration processes, mappings, and transformation rules.
• Create and maintain integration documentation and reports.
• Report on integration progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integration templates and standards.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Conduct integration quality assessments and identify data quality issues.
• Perform integration testing and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Implement data cleansing processes as needed.
• Provide recommendations for improving data quality and integration processes.
