This role has the primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. This role focuses on first-line support, resolution, monitoring and event management for standard and low complexity incidents and service requests.What you'll be doingRoles and responsibilities:Software support (MS office, MS teams, OneDrive and other internal applications)Hardware support (fault find, HDD and RAM upgrades)Print support (Give access to printers, Connectivity, toner replacement)Video Conference support (Yealink and poly devices)Desktop setup for new starters and desk moves.Testing of UPS.Asset management (Record stock being taken from stores and disposal of old devices.)Building desktops and laptopsMS Intune support (enrol, assign, rename, delete devices, add/remove groups, add/remove license etc.)Setting up entry/exit scanners before they go out to the clubs.MACBOOK support (install MAC OS, install apps and enrol into Intune using company portal)Setting up access machine for clubs.Security (remediate non-compliant devices)BitLocker.Desk phone setup.LAN and WI-FI 1st line support.Media screen support (updating content)SOP documentation.Sound support (setup sound, mic, projector screen for company updates.)VIP/EXCO support (CEO, COO, MD, CFO)Troubleshooting issues on Connex one.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:IT Engineering or any business-related qualification.2-5 Years' experience across all the industry with a proven track record.A+, N+, MCSEITIL V4Microsoft Azure Certified.Excellent communication skills.Proven ability to work in a team.Must be able to work in a structured manner.Developed problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask.Workplace type: On-site WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
