You'll also need to have experience with Configuration Manager, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager or similar.Duties and responsibilities:Ongoing D365 BAU Access Requests and Incidents fulfillment and managementProvide 2nd line and 3rd line BAU supportResolve system security of user permissions in D365 F&O using recording guide and applyPrepare UAT scripts for testing the configured scenarios using task recorder and save of RSAT testing in Azure DevOpsPerforming functional, integration, regression and performance testingCreating test plans and detailed test cases using AzureDevopsProvide MS D365 Security consultation and development of security role(s) support requiredProvide Post Go-Live Support for GA deploymentQualifications and experience:Bachelors degree in Finance and/or Business Administration or related field requiredMust have a minimum of 8 years experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Business application development, customer support, project management, IT infrastructure, and other functions that fall under the responsibilities of this role8 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Business Central preferredProficiency in MS Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM requiredMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant: AssociateMB-300 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
