Job Responsibilities:

Management of outstanding orders and goods received not vouchered report
Preparing creditors reconciliations
Resolving creditors queries
Preparing excel spreadsheets
Extracting supporting creditors documentation
Analyzing general ledger accounts
Liaising with suppliers
Performing general accounting functions such as journal processing, etc.
Processing creditors orders, goods received notes and invoices on JD Edwards

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years post qualification creditors processing experience
Driver's license
Vat; PFMA and supply chain knowledge
Strong financial accounting skills
1 year or 2-year National Higher Certificate in Accounting
Problem solving, facilitation and people skills
Computer literacy – spreadsheet and accounting packages with minimum of 2 years
