Job Responsibilities:

BUSINESS PROCESSES:
Technical Drawings:
Provide and maintain two-dimensional CAD drawings for Mineral Resources
Convert Geological information into a CAD format
Develop and update Mineral Rights drawings
Maintain the drawing and filing system
Update DMR plans according to the requirements in Chapter 17 of the Mine Health and Safety Act,1996(Act no. 29 of 1996)
Administration:
Conduct Drawing Office administration
Conduct Mineral Resources general administration
Control drawing updates and version control
Maintain stationery and office supply stock levels
Scan Mineral Resources reports
SHAREHOLDER VALUE:
Financial Control:
Process Mineral Resources invoices.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12/ N3
Higher Certificate (NQF 5) or National Diploma (NQF 6) in Mining Survey Draughting or related qualification
COM Mine Survey Draughting Certificate
Advanced Certificate in Mineral Resource Management and Certificate in Elementary Mine Survey (MRM) would be advantageous
Relevant experience, preferably 2 years supervisory experience
