This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager of Mr D. Purpose of the role: The Senior Marketing Associate will assist in overseeing all external brand initiatives.
This position will play a critical role in acquiring new customers, establishing and reinforcing brand awareness, driving effective share of voice and shaping the company's external image while fostering customer engagement and loyalty.
Your responsibilities will include: Brand Strategy:  Execute on comprehensive brand strategies to build and strengthen the organization's brand identity.Manage brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels in an on demand environmentMonitor industry trends and competitors to adapt brand strategies as needed. Loyalty Program Management: Design and oversee customer loyalty programs communication to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.Analyze program data and customer feedback to optimize loyalty initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs into marketing and sales efforts. Marketing and Promotion: Create and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty within budget and in full.Develop creative and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all promotional materials. Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through personalized communication and engagement strategies.Analyze customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer experience.Develop strategies to increase customer advocacy and referrals.Understanding of CRM and working with the relevant stakeholders Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and loyalty program effectiveness.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies. Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinking and planningCreativity and innovationCustomer-centric mindsetAnalytical and data-driven decision-makingAbility to work independentlyAdaptability and change managementExcellent written and verbal communication Qualifications and experience:  Marketing or Business qualification, or a related field.Proven experience of 3+ years in brand management, loyalty program development, or a related role.Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and customer loyalty concepts.Experience in through the funnel marketing activities is essential (experience working in an performance marketing would be beneficial) Agency experience (beneficial)Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead/drive Interpersonal skills Let's talk about life @ Mr D The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
