Your responsibilities will include: Assist in the daily supervision of the area sales and account management teamProducing daily, weekly, monthly reporting on area sales performanceIdentify and prioritise suitable restaurant partners for the Mr D platformCreate and maintain a robust sales pipelineOwn the restaurants sign-up processOperate as the lead point of contact for restaurant partnersStrengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their business and store performanceEnsure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partnersEnsure strict restaurant visit standards are maintainedAttributes required: Strong leadership qualitiesExcellent communication skillsA highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approachExcellent negotiation and closing skillsStrong knowledge of the local restaurant industryExhibit the ability to self motivateExtremely competitive and relentless; a love for winningAbility to work and keep up in a fast paced environmentAttention to detailMust have own transportMust have own reliable smartphoneQualifications: Minimum 2 Years Experience in marketplace, e-commerce SAAS or hospitality salesMatricLet's talk about life @ Mr D The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
