This position reports to Partner Point of Sale & Integration Manager Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the main point of contact for all Partner Point of Sale (PoS) requestsBe the interface between external partners and the Mr D product and engineering teamsCoordinate partner Point of Sale integration projectsProactively identify, manage, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issuesAnalysis and understanding of existing customized POS application configuration and development.A good understanding of the business operations to ensure solution development is aligned with business objectives and processes.Drive continuous improvement across the point of sales integration processPerform integration performance audits and report back to the business on findingsIdentify and propose business process and/or system enhancementsDocument and keep up to date all partner Point of Sale and menu API integration processesLead conversations with Partners around failure rates and improvementsMonitor and proactively manage PoS Dashboards for tracking and managing of all POS integration metrics Attributes required: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent collaboration skillsSolutions-oriented with a can-do attitudeHighly organised and efficient, with an ability to work towards and meet tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detailAbility to verbalise and visualise findings/resultsAbility to identify areas of improvement in current processesAbility to use logic and common sense to arrive at conclusions Qualifications: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in business or related fieldA minimum of 2 years working with data or data processesA minimum of 3 years experience working with large restaurant/ partner groups Let's talk about life @ Mr D The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
