Your responsibilities will include: Assist in managing the CRM channels and CRM budget Map out the customer journey along with key communication channels, messaging and desired outcome Segmentation and management of the customer database to ensure the correct targeting and communication Reporting on performance of communication with the intention of optimising communication and customer behaviour Analyse data to derive insights into the customer base and formulate communication plans to drive desired behaviour. Ensure that all CRM touchpoints contribute to a consistent and positive brand image and experience Develop test strategies and use the derived insights to develop more effective ways of communicating with customers Support other customer facing departments with guidelines on customer engagement Skills & Attributes required: Proficiency in CRM/Automation tools (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) Proficiency in analytics tools (Looker, GA, Tableau etc) Experience in marketing and communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
