Your responsibilities will include: Content Development and Coordination Oversee the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation to publishing. Coordinate with writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to produce content. Ensure all content meets quality standards and reflects the brand's voice and objectives. Develop and maintain a content calendar, managing timelines and deliverables. Implement project management tools and methodologies to streamline content production. Liaise with other department heads to ensure projects remain on track and within budget. Strategic Content Alignment Align content initiatives with marketing goals and broader business strategies. Analyze market trends and audience preferences to guide content strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content campaigns with promotional activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Organize cross-departmental meetings to guarantee alignment and efficient workflow. Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on content direction and performance. Solid understanding of content marketing strategies and SEO principles. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Familiarity with content management systems and project management software. Ability to analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to future projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
