Duties include Ensure all vehicle requirements are fulfilled for both sales and deliveries.Manage the process of bringing new and used vehicles into stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping.Oversee vehicle preparation, including PDI, reconditioning, accessory installation, photography, and valeting for sales or delivery.Maintain accurate records and stock levels of all vehicles.Foster strong working relationships with the sales team, workshop, service providers, and other stakeholders.Supervise the vehicle readiness process to ensure seamless sales and deliveries.The role involves extensive hands-on tasks, with up to 90% of time spent driving, moving, and preparing vehicles.Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 qualification is essential.Valid Code 8 (EB) drivers license is required.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is a must.Prior experience in motor vehicle dealership operations, particularly as a Stock Controller, is highly advantageous.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships and work well within a team.Must be medically fit and have a clear criminal record.Residency in the East Rand or nearby areas is preferred.Own reliable transport is necessary due to early start and late finish times, making this a key requirement.If your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then: Apply directly now Send your CV to
