The ideal candidates will have a minimum of4 years' experiencein the automotive industry, with a strong background inmultifranchiseexperience. As part of our team, you will play a key role in servicing and maintaining vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You should be adaptable, willing to travel to theCape Town CBD, and have the skills to manage various vehicle brands with precision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic assessmentsand resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults onChery and Omoda Jaecoo vehicles.
Service and repair vehiclesaccording to company procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Conduct regular vehicle inspectionsand provide reports on the condition of vehicles.
Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top-ups.
Complete repair ordersand maintenance logs accurately and promptly.
Provide exceptionalcustomer serviceby advising on repairs, offering alternatives, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered.
Work independently and as part of a team, providing support to other technicians when needed.
Adhere to safety standardsand procedures while working in the workshop.
Stay current with vehicle technology, repair techniques, and Chery & Omoda Jaecoo brand specifications.
Bewilling to travel to Cape Town CBDfor specific job requirements or as per business needs.
