Motor Assessor Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Motor Assessor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform desktop assessments, assessing the damage and determining the repair or replacement value of motor vehicles following accidents, collisions, or other incidents. You will play a crucial role in helping our policyholders get back on the road by providing accurate and impartial assessments of the damage to their vehicles.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and negotiate with suppliers in line with SLAAlternative parts utilisation: CAP, used and refurbished, knowledge of sourcing these partsPaint Labour and parts ratio knowledgeDifference in Quotation and FRCAbuntexIntegrated repair negotiatingReferral savvyDesired Experience & QualificationCompleted Matric and one of the following: VDQ / Autobody Refinisher / Automotive Mechanic qualification.Good knowledge of the repair processes and repair methods.Experience with insurances.
